Events
All active Achilles athletes will be reimbursed for team events
"Active" is defined as:
Athletes are expected to use any discount code provided when registering for an event and will only be reimbursed at the discounted amount
Requests for reimbursement should be emailed to liachillesreimbursement@gmail.com
Reimbursement for non-team eventsmust be pre-approved. Pre-approval requests must be emailed to longislandachilles@gmail.com at least two (2) weeks prior to the event.
Guides will NOT be reimbursed for events. Guides are not obligated to register for any event and may attend and assist an athlete without registering for an event.
Equipment
Any and all equipment (purchase, rental, repair, etc...)must be pre-approved in order to be reimbursed.
Pre-approval requests must be emailed to longislandachilles@gmail.com at least three (3) days prior.
Travel:
Travel reimbursement to and from an Achilles event must be pre-approved
